Termini di vendita e rimborsi
In breve: i file si scaricano subito, e per questo non c’è il diritto di ripensamento — ma se qualcosa non funziona, o il prodotto non è come l’ho descritto, rimborso per intero e senza discutere.

Cosa acquisti
Prodotti digitali: file PDF che scarichi tu, senza spedizione di nulla. Dopo il pagamento ricevi per email il link per scaricare il file, ed è disponibile subito.
I moduli da compilare dentro i PDF funzionano con Adobe Acrobat Reader (gratuito) su computer. Su alcuni telefoni l’anteprima integrata mostra il file ma non salva quello che scrivi: è un limite del lettore, non del file.
Diritto di recesso
Chi compra online ha di norma quattordici giorni per ripensarci. Per i contenuti digitali forniti senza supporto fisico, però, l’articolo 59, comma 1, lettera o) del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005) esclude il recesso quando la fornitura è cominciata con l’accordo espresso di chi compra e con la sua presa d’atto di perdere, così facendo, il diritto di ripensamento.
Al momento del pagamento ti viene chiesto di accettare questi termini. Accettandoli:
- chiedi che il file ti sia reso disponibile subito, senza aspettare i quattordici giorni;
- prendi atto che, una volta iniziata la fornitura, il diritto di recesso non c’è più.
Per questo, una volta che il file è stato reso disponibile l’acquisto non è rimborsabile.
Quando rimborsiamo lo stesso
Il punto sopra non serve a trattenere soldi che non ci spettano. Rimborsiamo per intero, senza discutere, se:
- il file non si scarica o è danneggiato e non riusciamo a fartene avere una copia funzionante;
- il prodotto è diverso da come è descritto;
- l’acquisto è stato duplicato per errore, o l’addebito non era autorizzato.
Scrivi a info@talktodani.it entro quattordici giorni dall’acquisto, indicando il numero d’ordine e l’email che hai usato. Rispondiamo entro tre giorni lavorativi. Se il rimborso è dovuto lo facciamo sullo stesso mezzo di pagamento entro quattordici giorni.
Prima di chiedere un rimborso, prova a scriverci: quasi tutti i problemi di download si risolvono con una mail.
Cosa puoi farne
Quello che compri è per te: puoi stamparlo e usarlo quante volte vuoi. Non puoi rivenderlo, regalarlo, caricarlo da qualche altra parte, né usarlo come materiale in percorsi a pagamento con i tuoi clienti.
Prezzi, IVA e pagamento
I prezzi sono in euro e comprendono l’IVA dove dovuta. L’IVA europea, quando si applica, è calcolata e trattenuta direttamente da Payhip Ltd, la piattaforma che gestisce la cassa.
Il pagamento avviene sulle pagine di Payhip e dei circuiti di pagamento: i dati della tua carta non passano mai da talktodani.it. Come trattiamo i tuoi dati è scritto nella privacy policy.
Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana. Se compri come consumatore restano ferme le norme inderogabili del Paese in cui risiedi e la competenza del giudice del tuo luogo di residenza.

What you are buying. Digital products: PDF files you download yourself, with nothing shipped to you. After payment you receive an email with a download link, and the file is available immediately.
The fillable form fields inside the PDFs work with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) on a computer. On some phones the built-in preview will display the file but will not save what you type into it — that is a limitation of the reader, not of the file.
Right of withdrawal. Consumers buying online normally have fourteen days to change their mind. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, however, that right is lost where supply has begun with the consumer’s express prior consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, implementing Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
At checkout you are asked to accept these terms. By accepting them you:
- request that the file be made available to you immediately, without waiting out the fourteen days;
- acknowledge that, once supply has begun, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
For this reason, once the file has been made available the purchase is not refundable.
When we refund anyway. The rule above is not there to keep money that isn’t ours. We refund in full, without argument, if:
- the file will not download or is corrupted and we cannot get you a working copy;
- the product is not what its description says it is;
- the purchase was duplicated by mistake, or the charge was unauthorised.
Write to info@talktodani.it within fourteen days of your purchase, quoting the order number and the email address you used. We reply within three working days. Where a refund is due we issue it to the same payment method within fourteen days.
Before asking for a refund, try writing to us first: almost every download problem is solved by one email.
What you may do with it. What you buy is for you: print it and use it as often as you like. You may not resell it, give it away, upload it elsewhere, or use it as material in paid work with your own clients.
Prices, VAT and payment. Prices are in euros and include VAT where it is due. European VAT, where it applies, is calculated and withheld directly by Payhip Ltd, the platform that runs the checkout.
Payment takes place on Payhip’s pages and those of the payment networks: your card details never pass through talktodani.it. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law. Italian law applies. If you are buying as a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence, remain unaffected.
